PRODUCTION CAPACITIES USED

Blanking Production

The main lifting equipment is overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 50 tons.

The main process equipment:

- Stamping press. Stamping (hot and cold) of parts and components up to 5000 mm in size with a force of 140 MN. We can manufacture parts on the customer's stamping tooling under a tolling scheme, as well as develop custom projects for the customer.

- Mechanized slitting machines. Metal thickness to be cut: carbon steel - up to 1300 mm, stainless steel - up to 1300 mm.

- Manual gas cutting stations. Metal thickness to be cut: carbon steel - up to 300 mm.

- Automatic gas cutting stations. Metal thickness to be cut: up to 200 mm.

- Guillotine shears. Cutting thickness of up to 25 mm.

- Sheet metal bending machines (rollers). Processed metal thickness: up to 170 mm for cold bending, up to 250 mm for hot bending. Maximum bending width: 3000 mm.

 

Foundry

The main lifting equipment: overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 40 tons.

Main process equipment:

- DSP-6 and DSP-10M steel-melting furnaces. Meltout weight up to 30 tons.

- DMK-0.5 electric arc furnaces. Meltout weight up to 400 kg (bronze).

- Continuous mixers with a capacity of 100 tons, 40 tons, and 20 tons. Clear flask dimensions: up to 4000 x 3000 mm.

- Shot blasting machines. Workpiece sizes: up to 4000 x 4000 x 3000 mm. Weight – up to 25 tons.

 

Heat treatment of parts (as part of blank and foundry production, as well as machining shops)

Primary lifting equipment: overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 25 tons.

Primary process equipment:

- Electric chamber furnaces. Chamber dimensions: 3000 x 6000 x 2000 mm. Heat treatment temperature up to 700°C.

- Gas chamber furnaces. Chamber dimensions: 2570 x 4560 x 2500 mm. Heat treatment temperature up to 1200°C.

- High-frequency units. Chamber dimensions: 700 x 850 x 560 mm. Heat treatment temperature up to 1200°C.

- Quenching baths. Quenching medium: water, bath dimensions: 6000 x 5000 x 4000 mm. Quenching medium: linguosulfonate, bath dimensions: 2000 x 2000 x 4000 mm.

 

Welding shop (part of the machining shops)

Primary lifting equipment: overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 50 tons.

Primary process equipment:

- Automatic submerged arc welding units. Welded component weight up to 20 tons. Welded metal thickness up to 80 mm.

- Semi-automatic gas-shielded welding units. Welded component weight up to 15 tons. Welded metal thickness up to 250 mm.  Automatic argon-arc welding units for internal and external circumferential welds using a non-consumable electrode. Welded component weight up to 2 tons. Welded metal thickness up to 15 mm.

- Proteus orbital welding units. Welded component weight up to 20 tons. Welded metal thickness up to 40 mm.

- Automatic submerged arc welding units. Welded component weight up to 5 tons. Welded surface width up to 80 mm. Welded surface diameter up to 1500 mm.

- Plasma-powder welding unit. Welded component weight up to 500 kg. Welded surface width up to 70 mm. Welded surface diameter up to 700 mm.

 

Machine-Machining Production

The main lifting equipment is overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons.

The main technological equipment:

- Vertical turning lathes. Maximum workpiece size up to 4000 mm. Maximum workpiece height up to 3000 mm.

- CNC vertical turning lathes. Maximum workpiece size up to 4000 mm. Maximum workpiece height up to 2500 mm.

- Screw-cutting lathes. Maximum workpiece size up to 1000 mm. Maximum workpiece height up to 4000 mm.

- CNC lathes. Maximum workpiece size up to 1000 mm. Maximum workpiece height up to 3000 mm.

- Horizontal boring machines. Table size up to 3000 x 3500 mm. Table load capacity up to 50 tons.

- CNC machining centers. Table size up to 1000 x 1000 mm.

- CNC jig drilling machines. Table size up to 500 x 1000 mm. Drilling diameter up to 50 mm.

- Drilling machines. Drilling diameter up to 80 mm.

- Ball turning and grinding machines. Sphere machining diameter up to 2300 mm.

 

Galvanizing production

The main lifting equipment is overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 20 tons.

Main process equipment:

- Chrome plating line. Coating type: hard chrome. Bath size: 3000 x 3000 x 3500 mm.

- Chrome plating line. Coating type: hard chrome (HTW). Bath size: 1500 x 1500 x 2000 mm.

 

Painting and packaging production

The main lifting equipment consists of overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons. The paint production equipment allows for surface preparation and application of both standard paints and varnishes and heavy-duty protective coatings.

 

Testing laboratory

The testing laboratory includes the following departments:
